Throw a tarp over your horse's back? Walk over it quietly while leading and under saddle?

Ride your horse with that same stick with the bags attached and wave it all around?
Safely cross a bridge? Stand still on it? Back off straight and quietly?
Jump at your horse and him not be frightened by it?
Ride your horse through a hanging, shredded tarp quietly and without fear?
Shoot a cap gun around your horse without scaring him?
Open and close an umbrella both off and on your horse's back and have him stand still?
If you answered "no" to any of these questions you NEED this clinic. These are just a few examples of what our horses will be de-sensitized to. This is a clinic everyone needs but is so seldom seen in the horse industry. De-spooking is what I consider the absolute foundation in creating a quiet and safe experience with your horse. Your horse will learn to resist the "flight" instinct when faced with frightening situations. Whether you show, trail ride or both, you and your horse will greatly benefit from this clinic. So sign up now and join us for this fun and exciting day that will increase the bond of trust between you and your horse!
We will be going on a voluntary trail ride immediately following completion of the clinic to further deal with obstacles one encounters on the trail.
The cost of this clinic will be a fee of only $175.00 per person. Limited overnight stabling available for out of town participants if needed.
Unlimited Auditors are welcome at no charge. Please bring your own chair, snacks, beverages and food. Tents are welcome, no pets please.
